1 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To use sonbet's services, you must be at least 18 years of age is required. This is a strict rule with no exceptions. The age provided at registration must be accurate, and a National ID card or passport may be requested for verification if necessary.

Sonbet is intended solely for individuals who can participate in betting or gaming freely and with full awareness. Persons who are mentally incapacitated or subject to a court-issued restriction may not use this service.

• Sonbet may request your NID, passport, or birth certificate at any time for age verification purposes.
• Registering with a false age will result in account suspension and possible forfeiture of funds.
• Any attempt by a minor to register an account may result in legal action.

2 Account Registration

Registering with Sonbet is free and straightforward. However, a few rules apply during registration to ensure the platform runs fairly for everyone.

• Each person may hold only One Account one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed.
• The name, mobile number, and address provided at registration must be accurate.
• Keep your account password strong and never share it with anyone.
• If anyone else gains access to your account, notify Sonbet immediately.
• Registering with false information or using someone else's details is strictly prohibited.
• Large withdrawals may be held until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is completed.

After registration, a verification code will be sent to your mobile number. You must use that code to activate your account. Unverified accounts will be automatically deleted after 48 hours.

3 Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on Sonbet are fully transparent and secure. Specific rules apply to both deposits and withdrawals.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200 (bKash, Nagad, Rocket).
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the mobile number used to register the account.
• No transaction fees — you keep every penny of your winnings.
• Suspicious transactions may be temporarily held for verification.
• The deposited amount must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be made.
• Winnings derived from bonuses must meet the specified wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be made.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

Sonbet regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions that must be followed.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the specified wagering requirement (typically 5–10x) must be completed.
• Accounts found attempting Bonus Abuse may be suspended.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts by the same person will be treated as fraud.
• Sonbet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• Every bonus has an expiry date — any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.

5 Betting Rules

All betting at Sonbet operates under a set of core rules that apply equally to every member.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled (except in special circumstances).
• If a technical error causes incorrect odds to be displayed, Sonbet reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
• Odds in live betting change in real time — always review them before confirming your bet.
• A maximum win limit applies per bet — this may vary by category.
• In the event of a disputed outcome, Sonbet's decision is final.

6 Prohibited Activities

Sonbet is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent environment. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities for unfair advantage (Arbitrage Abuse).
• Using Sonbet for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Threatening or harassing another member.
• Attempting to bypass the verification process with false information.
• Attempting to hack or carry out a cyberattack on Sonbet's systems.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Sonbet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time for the following reasons.

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• Refusing to complete KYC verification.
• After an extended period of inactivity (6 months).
• If a member chooses to close their own account.
• If a member takes a self-exclusion break under the Responsible Gaming policy.

If there is a remaining balance before account closure and no violations have occurred, the member will be given the opportunity to withdraw those funds.

8 Responsible Gaming

Sonbet believes betting should be fun — never a burden. We treat responsible gaming not as a rule, but as a core value.

• Each member can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits.
• A temporary break of anywhere from 24 hours to 6 months can be taken at any time.
• If you request a permanent Self-Exclusion, Sonbet will enforce it.
